Exchange Request

At Clara Fonet, all products are custom-made, so returns are not accepted. Only size or color exchanges are available. Simply submit your exchange request to our support channels with the information below.

Requirements for Exchange Request

  • Your order number (in email notification or your account)
  • Reason for exchange (size, color, change of mind)
  • New size/color preference
  • Condition of the product (photo may be requested)

Conditions

  1. Exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
  3. Shipping fees (round trip) are borne by the customer.
  4. In case of a manufacturing defect, shipping fees are borne by us.
  5. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is not eligible for exchange.
