Exchange Request
At Clara Fonet, all products are custom-made, so returns are not accepted. Only size or color exchanges are available. Simply submit your exchange request to our support channels with the information below.
Requirements for Exchange Request
- Your order number (in email notification or your account)
- Reason for exchange (size, color, change of mind)
- New size/color preference
- Condition of the product (photo may be requested)

Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00
Conditions
- Exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Shipping fees (round trip) are borne by the customer.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, shipping fees are borne by us.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is not eligible for exchange.
